CMS Winter Concert - Orchestra

Please join us in celebrating our students and staff of the CMS Music Program.  Our Winter Concert  performances from our orchestra, chorus, and band will be on campus events again this year, however audiences will be limited.  The orchestra and chorus will facilitate their respective shows, in two separate CMS locations (orchestra gym, chorus auditorium), on December 14.  Our band program will facilitate two performances.  There will be a 6th Grade Band concert on January 11 and a 7th&8th Grade Band performance on January 18.  Tickets will be required to attend each show. Please see the instructions on obtaining the tickets for the Orchestra Concert below.   Please note:  MASKS MUST BE WORN BY ALL  ATTENDING.

Process:
The Orchestra Concert will be held in the CMS Gymnasium.  Each family will be afforded 2 tickets.  This will allow us to follow Covid social distancing mandates.  There will be seating in the bleachers and on folding chairs located on the gymnasium floor.  There are no assigned seats for this event.  We ask that families reserve their 2 tickets, print them, and bring them to the event on December 14.  We ask that the 2 family members attending sit together at the available seating pairs of their choice (bleacers or folding chairs).  Doors will open beginning at 6:30PM. 

How Do I Secure Tickets?:
Go to the web address: cmspatriots.ticketleap.com.  Once there, choose the event you are scheduling to attend.   Once there secure your 2 tickets.  To finalize your ticket request, please complete the fields asking for your name, email address, phone number, and your student's name.  You will receive your tickets via the email address you provide and will need to print a hard copy for each person attending the performance. 

What Should I Do With My Tickets?:
You will receive your tickets via the email address you provide during the reservation process.  Please print out a ticket for each person attending.  Every attendee will need to present a printed ticket the night of the performance. You may also use your mobile device to display your ticket. Tickets will be checked at the door.  Please note, if a family secures more than 2 tickets or if the student's name does not match one of our performers of the event, those  tickets will be released back into circulation the next day.  Thank you for working with us to guarantee that all families have an equal opportunity to attend their child's performance.
