Please join us in celebrating our students and staff of the CMS music program. Our winter concert showcases performances from our orchestra, chorus, and band. Tickets will be required to attend the show. Please see the instructions on obtaining the tickets below.
Process:
There are two shows for the 2019 CMS Winter Concert. This ticket link is for the Thursday, December 12th show. Through Ticket Leap each participant's family may secure up to 4 tickets (no charge) for the concert. Families can only secure tickets for one of the two shows for the week (not both). Please attempt to secure seats that are adjacent to occupied seats (please don't leave an open seat next to an occupied seat). Tickets will be released and become void if more than 4 tickets are secured by a family. Each audience member will need to provide a printed or electronic ticket to gain access to the performance.
How Do I Secure Tickets?:
Go to the web address: cmspatriots.ticketleap.com. Once there, choose the event you are scheduling to attend and then click on the date you'd like to attend. You can choose your seats or let the program choose the best seats available. After making your choice, enter the number of tickets you need. Remember each family can access a maximum of 4 seats for a performance. Families can only request tickets for one show. To finalize your ticket request, please complete the fields asking for your name, email address, phone number, and your student's name. You will receive your tickets via the email address you provide and will need to print a hard copy for each person attending the performance.
What Should I Do With My Tickets?:
You will receive your tickets via the email address you provide during the reservation process. Please print out a ticket for each person attending. Every attendee will need to present a printed ticket the night of the performance. You may also use your mobile device to display your ticket. Tickets will be checked in at the door. Please note, if a family secures more than 4 tickets or if the student's name does not match one of our performers of the event, those tickets will be released back into circulation the next day. Thank you for working with us to guarantee that all families have an equal opportunity to attend their child's performance.
What If We Have Neighbors/Friends/Other People (exceeding our 4 ticket limit) Who Would Like To Attend?:
Securing tickets online for this show will close on Tuesday, December 10th at 11 pm. Any remaining tickets after 12/10 will be printed and available at the door beginning at 6:00 pm, the night of the show. Please check our CMS website on Thursday, 12/12 to view the number of tickets that will be available at the door. This information will be posted under CMS News.
